Shipping Policy

At Casa, we ship from our warehouse in Laguna to your doorstep across the Philippines via Gogo Express.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Payment confirmation is sent within 24 hours of your order, and dispatch follows within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it ships.

Shipping rate ₱200 flat nationwide. Free shipping on orders above ₱3,000.

Estimated delivery Once dispatched, delivery follows Gogo Express's standard timelines based on your region. Delivery times exclude weekends, holidays, and weather-related delays from our courier partner.

Payment We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. Payment is confirmed manually within 24 hours of your order. All orders are prepaid — we don't offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Tracking your order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Most couriers take 24–48 hours to register the shipment. If your tracking isn't updating after that, message us at casaphofficial@gmail.com or DM @casaphofficial on Instagram

Wrong, missing, or damaged items? That's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
